send me the PSD of your start orb and I'll do it for you and you'll see for yourself when I send you back the PSD how it's made... it's a combination of a blurred white brush and a star shaped brush.
Or you can just send me the brushes.
I'll figure it out.

unfortunately I can't remember which brush I've used to create the glow cause I've got over 1000 PS brushes... all I remember is that the brush set was filled with stars. You might find something here on dA that suits you.
in the mean time you can use the already made glow from my PSD.
