Is it a third party tool..........?
can u give a link to me.........?
thanks..........
I think Illustro comes with the default Rainmeter installation but I'm not sure... I don't use Rainmeter anymore.
Lack some sense of life or energy in it.
Maybe something light would improve it.
what do you think?
You know that we are kinda stucked to window frames all day long as soon as we don't make apps fullscreen. And what windows sucks is that all their default windows frame look awful and gradually kill us every second of the day.
The blackish feeling of this new windows frame even reminds some of the Vista experience, which looks fancy at first and soon exhausts my eyes. So I think we share the same attitude on the usability side.
I think the part missing in the window frame is |Life|. Like what you did in the minimal taste flat, the grey gradient brings purity to life and easy for us to stay all day long enjoying watching it. Though I said earlier a little bright color would make it even better to see. (That's exactly why the tiny part of Traffic light buttons in Mac OS impresses people that much. They just pop out.)
And in the new all black window frame. Nothing pops out. And I always felt it alive only when something pops out just like saying, look at me~~ XD
As the taskbar goes, it look gorgeous. The progress color, even only 1px or 2 colorful, gives the feeling of poping out. I loved it!
And if I make the frames just transparent, they will look so plain and much like other 90% of windows themes and I really don't want to do that!
I'll try keeping the top frame dark and leaving the rest transparent and vice versa. Now just to get some time on my hand and I'm good to go.
Glad you like the taskbar though... I've spent quite some time making it look good. I'll post some screenshot with the progress of my next theme to get some feedback so stay tuned!
Thanks for your feedback!
Do put up your WIP updates. I can't wait to see the final version.
and hopefully by the end of the month I will finish this new theme.
